[In which I daydream about what it would be like to have my own channel…]

It’s time like this that I wish I was a savvy businessperson. I would have so many badass TV shows and programming if I owned my own channel!!…sigh…

We are now requesting proposals for the first three of these channels, as follows:

• One channel operated by American Latinos and programmed in the English language. This channel will be added to selected systems in Comcast’s “D1” digital tier on or before July 28, 2012.
• Two channels with African American majority ownership. These channels will be added to selected systems in Comcast’s “D1” digital tier on or before January 28, 2013.

I would be doing a lot of major side-eye for anything stupid that someone proposed to me:

sprinkled with a bit of this

and a lot of this
